A scrapbook of items he used and saved during the war was stolen from our family some time in the past. Items from this scrapbook are greatly wanted. Wally Hartzog was born in Chicago IL, lived in Wheaton IL as a postman and moved to Islamorada FL, running the Coral Reef Resort for 9 years, then to DeLand FL, where he died.
