Specific G.A.R. Halls, Museums and sites:

Hartsuff Post 74 GAR Hall Rockland MA hall is home to many groups. It is one of the few wooden halls left in the area that is still used for the original intent that is was designed for : namely as a meeting place for Patriotic groups. Currently used as a meeting place by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW), Camp 50.

Philadelphia GAR: a non-profit, patriotic organization that actively seeks to preserve our American heritage and memorialize the history of the Civil War.

The Captain Thomas Espy GAR Post #153 Includes roster, etc.

Iowa GAR Site Dedicated to the more than 400 GAR Posts in Iowa, find where the posts were and who the Department Commanders were up until 1935. Over 60 photos.
