Our long term president and founder, Ralph Winquist, passed away suddenly in 1998. We have issued an elongated cent in his memory. It pictures an eagle with spread wings, with a background of coins, the outline of the state of Illinois, 1928-1998 Memoriam, etc. Elongated on 1998 cents, they are available for $1 each, plus a SASE to Rich Hartzog, POB 4143CHI, Rockford IL 61110.
RACC is a member of IL-NA, the Illinois Numsimatic Association, and the ANA C1027424.
For more information e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call Rich Hartzog at 815-226-0771 in Rockford for more information.
